The Day After...

Grandma and Grandpa getting ready to leave:(

The kids with Grandma June

We headed out to the Glasser-Langston lake cabin the day after Christmas...such a fun afternoon.

the girls and their guys:)

G loves the attention of the big girls!

enjoying life on the deck at the lake...

the fireplace had to be moved under the porch!

The kids were having a great time dancing inside....Greg went in to show them some moves!

and there was Charades as well!!!
These 3 went out and cleaned up the cabin before everyone got there!
The secret kissers!! haha!

The dance party was WILD!!! As you can see the moves were AMAZING!

GEtting ready for New Year's Eve Dance Party USA!!!

Christmas Eve...caroling and fun!

Getting ready to go to church for the Christmas Eve service where Dom was singing. Grandma, Grandp, and Great Grandma June came up for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day with our family...how lucky we are!

Dominic and Pryce getting ready to sing on the stage...mostly goofing!
Excitement was in the air!!

Gianna was sitting in the front row with the Glassers. She would turn and give us a smile every so often!

Apparently Dominic wanted to "sit back and relax."

Jesus-the reason for the season!! Gianna loved this picture of Baby Jesus.

In their own world-cracking up in the middle of the song!

Ok- back on track, singing the songs!

and then, the songs seem to have gotten to be tiring to Prycie! haha this pic just cracks me up! there were all kinds of funny things happening on stage, on account of it being Christmas Eve, but amazingly I caught this one on camera!!
After church, all 25 of us headed back to our house to start our new tradition of dinner and caroling! What a fun time we had...visiting, eating, getting ready to carol! Prycie, Dom's best friend since birth, gave him a picture he drew of him and Dom and a pic of them at the beach together. They are the sweetest friends.

A moment of peace...all of the kids were outside playing flashlight tag and other night games!!

We were so happy that Kimmie's great friend Lana and her son came too!

Kels and Matt

Grandma June was such a trooper this night! She loved being with all of our friends. She was so sweet and very happy that "we have such wonderful friends to be with."

Part of the group getting ready to carol...not everyone was outside yet!

this year- Set A- next year we will add Set B to the mix!
Can you imagine what our neighbors were thinking when 25 of us were on their lawn (way too late), singing (not in harmony)??? At least we had bags of goodies to hand out to them!! (thanks to Kimmie!)
What??? Only one house????
Sorry buddy:( this was our first year...we will do better next year!!

Ta-Da!

Christmas Eve morning with Nick

Because Nick splits Christmas Eve and Christmas Day between his mom and dad we had him open his presents on the morning of Christmas Eve with the kids. They all exchanged gifts with each other.
The boys got a new basketball, since I heard over and over how they needed a new one!

Dom gave G a Barbie which she was ecstatic about!!

Nick gave both kids a Pillow Pet...ever heard of one? Well we have, here at this house...over and over and over...they're a pillow AND a pet! Imagine that! Needless to say the kids were so happy!

Nick has many guns, but he really wanted one with a scope. As you can see from the smile on his face he was so excited and couldn't wait to get outside and start shooting!

the fabulous pillow pet!!

Grandma's Joysong Concert

We were so excited to get to attend Grandma's Joysong Concert Sunday night at Summit Lake Church. This location always holds such special memories for me, and the church is so quaint, perfectly country and intimate...perfect for a Victorian Carolers' song to be heard!

Payton Belle really got going with her laughing and talking and screeching when Gianna was with her! These two had a fun time together.

Cousins' Christmas

BAAAAAAA! Thanks for cracking us up Tanya! After a fun game of LCR we couldn't keep the smiles off of our faces.

Gianna and Kaden- so happy to see one another.

The kids were so happy when cousin Braxton got there.

Baby Payton puts a smile on all of our faces. She is so happy and talking so much.

snuggling with Uncle Dan

Jared-torturing me, waiting for me to make a dumb ugly face so he can capture it on camera. BROTHERS!

Once Dom had all of his presents packaged up and organized into the 2 bags he was ready to go.
Jared was gifted the picture of Vinny, and Vinny was gifted the cat nightgown complete with cat socks up to his knees. These 2 items get gifted each year to someone new.

Cashy loves sitting with Papa. They played and played with cars.

We attempted a "little cousin" picture, but it was the end of the night and they were exhausted from all of the fun! This was the best I could do.

The ones who started it all!
