So we made an offer on a house, and here it is. We were countered at the price we really wanted and it was accepted!!! We are so excited and hope this all goes through. It is funny...we had offered on another house, and have been holding out, but it just hasn't gone as we expected, and then this house...a house we had seen a LONG TIME AGO and LOVED but it was under contract so it was not an option...came on the market again! We could not believe our eyes as we looked on the MLS list!

There are several fruit trees in the backyard...I am sooo excited!!! Gianna wants to pick the apples so badly! There are also a couple of raised garden beds...my dream come true!! Now all I need is a chicken coop-need to convince Vinny of that tho!

Of course all were WILD...including the Daddy! Running from every end of the property to the other checking it all out! This is what I have dreamed of for our family...space, space,space to run, laugh, be loud, create, develop, to just be...whatever they want!
Hopefully we will be moved in by the beginning of October!!
