The Best Christmas Pageant Ever!

Payton, Nick's friend, was Claud Herdman (one of the wild, rowdy boys) and he did awesome in the play! We were cracking up.

Hope was an angel in the play and Gianna could not wait to get up to be with Hope...as soon as she saw Hope come on stage she tried to run up there to "play Hopie"...she thought she got to play with Hope, not watch her in the play! We had to constrain her the whole play! She was soooo happy when she finally got to be with her after the play!

Tree Decorating Night

We had our ornament dinner...the kids open their new ornament for the year. We used our new Christmas dishes, and part of the tradition is wearing Santa hats...Nick enforces this rule with a vengence! EVERYONE (except G, because she does what she wants!) HAS to weat a hat!

Gianna thinks opening any present is great!

Gianna got a dancing snowgirl (symbolizing her love of dancing), Nick got a train (he is a train maniac!), and Dom got a T-Rex (this has been the year of dinosaurs for him!).
They were all very excited with their new ornaments!

Putting on the First Ornaments of the Year

They rushed to find the perfect spot for their new 2008 ornaments.

Dominic changed his location after he saw where Nick put his...then his went just below Nick's train! Whatever big brother does...Dom does!

Nativity Set Set-Up.

These two LOVE their nativity set! They are always rearranging it, setting it up, opening and closing it...this was the night we got it out of the box.

The best present ever!

I came around the corner, only to discover this sweet, cute present waiting for me under the tree! (Dominic informed me," I am your present under the tree Mommy!")

Sleigh Rides

Dominic laid out a red blanket, put a pillow at the front, and piled toys on the back...instant sleigh! He called to his reindeer and flew around the night!

Gianna decided to join on the sleigh ride...this is them rocking back and forth, riding the sleigh!

These two could push around strollers all day...they push cars, dolls, legos...you name the toy, it gets a ride! Dominic loves to push them as well. So glad we have two of them!

Our Little Singer

Gianna loves singing! Soon after she found this microphone the sparkles disappeared from her using it to sing so often. She really gets into it, and sways back and forth while she sings her songs...dancing and singing...what is in her future? Grandma is hoping for a singer! She has her hopes set on little miss musical here!

Winter Celebration

This is Frosty...I believe all children were terrified of him!

Gianna watched Frosty dancing, and mimicked him, but the moment he came near her to say hi, she started saying, "No, No, No" and shaking her head. She was not into him at all! Poor Frosty!

This was at the First Teacher Winter Celebration that happens each year. This year I brought my two, and the two I babysit...luckily Vinny walked over and helped me out! It was a handful of chaos! We don't have the Santa pic yet, but Gianna screamed to get off...me being the supportive mom that I am, made her stay on Santa's lap for the picture. Those are the funniest pictures to me, when they are screaming to get off- so it was for my own personal enjoyment mainly! Dominic of course was the little model of cuteness. Unfortunately he changed his mind about what he wanted Santa to bring him, (Santa may have already designed and built his first wish), and told Santa...a hook-up truck and trailer! Great!
