Great Sunday at the Langston-Glasser Lake Cabin!

So FINALLY we made it out! The Glassers and Langstons bought a lake cabin and closed a couple days before we closed on our house, and so we have not been able to get out until now! It is the MOST ADORABLE lake cabin with AMAZING decks, docks and fun things for the kids to do!
Everyone loved kayaking
The Langstons
the face of a girl in time-out
Goofin' around on the dock
Rock the Dock
AHHHH how heavenly!

Gianna's prayer

Last night Gianna started out her bedtime prayer like this...
Dear Yord, (Lord) "Thank you for my great dance moves..."

Date with my boy!

Dom has been asking for a "date" to get donuts and chocolate milk for such a long time, and because we have been busy with so much going on, even that simple request has not been met as I would have liked:( I look forward to dates with the kids where we get to be one-on-one and have fun conversations. Finally, on Saturday afternoon we were able to carve out some time for just us!
Of course little sis could not keep herself out of the picture. She has a hard time not being a part of something! So with a tearful goodbye (from Gianna) we stole away into the afternoon for some precious mom-son time!

Trick or Treat!

The whole crew getting ready to go out on the streets of Sequim! We have a BMX racer, paintball player, pirate, ninja, baseball player, blue-sparkly butterfly, duck tape boy, the graduate, a nerd, and a hobo!
 YUMMY goodies from the Langstons!

Counting up all their loot and dividing it into categories!

Celebrate Good Times, Come On!

We had a great family celebration for Jared and Toni in Olympia this weekend. They came over with Kaden and Cash and we had so much fun celebrating family and all the great things that come with it! So many people came to show their love!
These four boys were WILD!! Funcle Jared was too!

Toni with her momo and one of her sisters, Ricci!
The couple we all came to see and have missed so much since they moved to Chelan!
So the cupcake eating started like this...
And apparently ended like this...Kaden told me Gianna did this to him!
 Cashy playing with Auntie Gail
The wild bunch in the garage...can you see the sheen of sweat on them?!
Grandma June got to come out and watch the action..she loves the people watching!
 Grandma with two sweet boys!
Grandma got a much coveted kiss from Cash! Love that little guy, even though he won't give me the time of day!
 So cute!
Playing (torturing really?) with grandpa! These kids love their crazy grandpa!
Nick was cuddled up on Vinny's lap...guess he forgot he is 13! haha
Can anyone help me with this??? All of these kind of pics show up sideways and I cannot find an option for changing the direction of the picture...UGH! Did blogger change for anyone else lately?

Good times with Marissa's Family

We were so fortunate to get to spend a few hours with Marissa and her kids when we were in Olympia for the night. The kids had so much fun playing and wrestling and being together. I was just happy to get to spend much appreciated time with Marissa. The last couple of months have been so busy for both of us and it has been too long!!
These two girls are oh-so-alike in oh-so-many ways! We love watching them together.

Since our family does not have a dog, the kids were thrilled with Buster Douglas the St. Bernard! Dom and Sam enjoyed reading about different dog breeds together and discussing them. It was really cute!

So it started with piggy back ridses...went to piling on each other....
and then attack Vinny was the end result!!
It was a massive ball of flying legs, arms and bodies!
Such a great way to start our night in Olympia!

Pumpkin Carving Tradition...2010

Annual Pumpkin Carving Tradition with Langstons and Glassers...barely got it in this year!!

The whole crew...Payton's pumpkin fell off the porch tho:(
The girls were running and playing, and oh so cute...and then Greg and Shelley were running and playing and oh so cute!! haha
Leftover pumpkin pieces put to good use as a shooting target.
